Period Promise Campaign

We are pleased to announce that the Medicine Hat Catholic School Board has partnered with United Way’s Period Promise Campaign. This campaign ensures that menstrual products are accessible with no charge to our students.

As a part of Board Chair Kathy Glasgo’s 2021 election campaign, Ms. Glasgo wanted to ensure menstrual products were freely accessible to students throughout our division. 

United Way has generously donated 11 menstrual product dispensing machines to our division that have been installed at  St. Mary’s School, Notre Dame Academy, and Monsignor McCoy High School. 

In addition to this MHCBE has committed to purchase menstrual products for all 6 elementary schools so that every student in our division has access to free period products.
