Returning Student Registration

If you or your child is currently enrolled in one of our Medicine Hat Catholic Schools:

In order to register your child for the 2020-2021 school year you must have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account. A unique user name and login was sent home with all current MHCBE students on January 20.

Once you create and login to your PowerSchool account, you will find the link to our online registration in the bottom left corner of the screen called "SchoolEngage". Parents/Guardians are encouraged to create PowerSchool Parent Portal accounts prior to February 3 to help simplify the registration process.

Adding Additional Student to ParentPortal Account

To register a new member of your family go to your PowerSchool Parent Portal and login with your existing username, password and find the SchoolEngage link on the bottom left-hand menu.

Once in your account, you can add a student and then select 2020-2021 Student Registration Form.

Parents/ guardians can register on or after February 3, 2020.
