September 16 is National Education Assistant Day!
Learning Assistants (LAs) make up 28% of our division staff and play a vital role in the functioning of our schools.
Not only do LAs help maintain safe and productive learning environments, they also provide care and comfort to students in need and support our classroom teachers. Their dedication and patience make it hard to imagine a day of school without their efforts.
