Bus changes - Notre Dame Academy & École St. John Paul II School

Notice to Parents of Students who currently ride either the Notre Dame Academy Bus or the École St. John Paul II School Bus #4:

Due to increased student ridership on the Notre Dame Academy Bus the bus is at capacity.   To relieve this ridership pressure certain Notre Dame Academy students residing in the Hamptons/Vista areas will now be picked up on the SJP Bus#4.  This has resulted in minor changes to pick up times and bus stop locations as well as the direction of the route.  These changes are effective immediately.

Southland Transportation drivers distributed notices to students riding the affected buses today.

If your child rides the Notre Dame Academy Bus or the SJP Bus #4 please refer to the southland transportation website at https://www.southland.ca/medicinehat/.  These maps will be updated on the Southland transportation website effective 5:00 pm today.

Please note that the name of the École St. John Paul II School Bus #4 has changed to SJP Bus #4/NDA Bus#7.

Thank you for your understanding as we address this safety issue and work for ensuring efficient routing for all students.  As always, children are encouraged to arrive at bus stops 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time.
