Public Board Meeting Time Change

At the Organizational Meeting on October 8, 2019 The Board of Trustees for the Medicine Hat Catholic Board of Education passed a motion to hold upcoming regularly scheduled board meetings at 3:15pm on the second Tuesday of the month (previously 6:00pm).

In addition to these changes, the Committee of the Whole will now be held at 3:15pm on the Monday prior to the regularly scheduled public board meetings.

In the event that the board meeting is scheduled on a statutory holiday, both meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month with Committee of the Whole at 3:15pm and the Public Meeting at 6:00pm. The Board of Trustees will re-evaluate the new process at the February 2020 Public Board Meeting.

Changes will be effective December 2019.
