On Thursday, November 20, 2025, the Medicine Hat Catholic Board of Education invites you to a special Fundraising Gala at Medalta. Guests will enjoy museum tours, live music from local talent, and an inspiring keynote from His Excellency, Bishop William McGrattan. Together, over a shared meal and in formal fellowship, we will honour the gift of Catholic education in our city and the many lives it has touched.
This evening is more than a celebration—it is a chance to reflect with gratitude, gather in faith, and continue building a strong foundation for the next generation. All proceeds from this event will go towards funding our new school building project, Holy Trinity Academy.

Individual Tickets – $100 each Purchasers will receive a charitable tax receipt of $50 per ticket, issued by email following the gala.
Reserved Table (8 Guests) – $800 per table The purchaser of the table will receive a charitable tax receipt of $400 per table, issued by email following the gala.

We are commencing a year of celebration of 115 years of Catholic education in Medicine Hat!
Together we will be honouring generations of students, faith, and community. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our shared history and look forward to the future.
This evening will support our new school building project, Holy Trinity Academy. The school is being built on the St. Francis Xavier School site next to Monsignor McCoy High School. The school will include a state of the art theatre, two full size gymnasiums, a large sports room, multiple CTS opportunities, science labs, art rooms and much more. The main feature of the school will be a beautiful sacred space which includes two stunning 16 foot stained glass windows from the original St. Theresa's Academy. All funds raised at the gala will go to support this project and enhance the education of our current and future students!
