Health Canada has funded a program called Wellness Together Canada that will provide anyone in Canada with free, immediate mental health and substance use support.

"If you or someone you know is are struggling at home with anxiety, fear, violence or problematic substance use, there's help...," said Dr. Theresa Tam, Canada's Chief Public Health Officer in her remarks on Friday, April 24. Over 100,000 Canadians have already sought that help by accessing wellnesstogether.ca, a portal funded by Health Canada that offers free mental health and substance use resources including free counselling by phone, video and text. We're here for you 24/7.

Visit today to access a range of free services from learning resources to self directed e-mental health tools to peer support and free live counselling. As Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said when he announced Wellness Together Canada, "If you need the help, what's important is that you get the help.”
