Division COVID-19 Cases

Active cases of COVID-19 have been identified at Monsignor McCoy High School. Updated: September 9, 2021

Please note: Alberta Health Services (AHS) is no longer monitoring positive COVID-19 cases in schools. Close contacts are no longer required to quarantine. AHS is not contact tracing and students are not required to quarantine if there is a case of COVID-19 at school, even if that case is in their classroom. 

Alberta Health Services continues to work with school authorities to manage significant numbers of respiratory illnesses in schools and will investigate if a school has 10% of students absent due to respiratory illness.

Staff and students should screen daily for symptoms using the Alberta Health Daily Checklist and isolate if they have core symptoms or test positive for COVID-19.
