Your First Day

Classes begin on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 for Grades 1-12. 
Kindergarten and Early Learning begin September 7, 2018. Orientation days are September 4, 5 & 6. 
For all Catholic Elementary and Junior High Schools this will be a regular school day.

School Bell Times

Click here for School Supply lists for each elementary and middle school. Monsignor McCoy High School students should bring paper, pens and pencils as their class supply lists will be distributed by teachers on their first day. 

Reminder: Please bring your child's birth certificate for new registrations. Please bring your child's baptismal certificate if available. 

School Fees: As part of our commitment to keep school fees to a minimum, students will no longer be charged for textbooks, work books, photocopying, printing or paper supplies. Remaining fees charged will be to ensure quality programs and services are provided for students. Pay for school events & activities with easy from your smartphone or other device by simply creating an account with SchoolCashOnline. For other methods of payment please contact your chidl's school directly. 

 

Grades1-12

First Day for Students in Grades 1-12 is Tuesday, September 4, 2018.

Age Eligibility: Children six years of age on or before March 1, 2019, are eligible for Grade 1 in September 2018.

 

Early Learning Programs (Ages 3-5)

Age Eligibility:  Children 3-5 years of age as of September 1 are eligible for Early Learning.  Programming for children with special needs starts at age 2 year, 8 months.

First Day for Early Learning Programs is Friday, September 7, 2018. Orientation Days are September 4, 5 & 6, 2018.

  • Specialized services are also available for children requiring additional support for learning disabilities starting at age 2 years, 8 months.
  • Early Learning Programs are a “Fee for Service” program calculated on attendance days per week. 
  • Early Learning Programs are offered in each of our 6 elementary Schools including Monday to Friday, Morning and Afternoon. Full Day Programming is available for pre-school aged children (3 – 5); children can attend a combination of a ½ day Early Learning Program and ½ day Kindergarten in the same school day.
  • Children can enter our Early Learning Programs anytime throughout the year.
